Write to us about your situation

Not every question calls for a full consultation. If a cross-border financial issue has been on your mind and you're not sure who to ask — or you're not ready to engage an advisor — you can write to us without providing your name.

We read every letter, and regularly select representative ones to answer publicly in Insights. Your question is very likely someone else's too.

A few things to know

  • Name and email are optional. If you leave an email, we'll only use it to let you know when a related answer is published
  • If we decide to answer publicly, we'll first remove or generalize details that could identify you
  • Public answers are general education, not personalized advice — and submitting a letter doesn't create a client relationship

No need for polish. Just write down your situation, what's making you hesitate or worry, and the question you most want answered.

Please don't include names, street addresses, account numbers, tax identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.
